We believe that the management of financial resources is a journey that goes beyond merely creating
a portfolio. We offer our clients two main methods of managing their assets:
A – Discretionary Management Mandate:
By subscribing to a discretionary management mandate, the client delegates the management of their assets to our company, which will make investment decisions in strict accordance with the agreed strategy. It is important to emphasize that a limited administrative power of attorney will be granted to Custodia for the sole purpose of asset management, allowing only for the management of assets and the execution of investment transactions, such as the buying and selling of securities. This power of attorney does not grant any authority to withdraw or transfer funds, keeping the client as the sole owner of the assets. This type of mandate is ideal for clients who prefer to delegate the daily management of their investments without having to constantly monitor their portfolio.
B – Advisory Mandate – Financial Consulting: With the financial consulting mandate, Custodia provides regular advice taking into account the investment profile agreed upon with the client. In this case, the client retains full decision-making autonomy over investments, receiving personalized support to adapt the portfolio to market developments and emerging opportunities. Ongoing analysis and monitoring of the portfolio are essential components of this mandate, particularly suited for clients with experience in financial markets who wish to actively participate in managing their investments, supported by our team of experts. In both methods, we guarantee flexibility and transparency, allowing clients to track the performance of their assets at every stage. Each client has a dedicated asset manager, establishing a direct and continuous relationship, for a service that is always attentive and personalized, aiming for sustainable growth and asset protection.
