Custodia Wealth Management confirms its commitment to the local area and to dialogue with the younger generation by participating in the 11th edition of the Long Night of Careers at the University of Italian Switzerland (USI), scheduled for Tuesday, March 31, 2026, in Lugano.
The event, organized by the University of Lugano in collaboration with numerous professional and institutional entities, is one of the main events dedicated to career guidance, bringing students and the world of work together, and promoting career paths.
Custodia Wealth Management will take part in this edition of the event together with and thanks to the ASG (Swiss Association of Asset Managers), through two complementary modes of participation.
On the one hand, there is the Job Gallery Walk, which involves individual meetings between students and professionals. These interviews allow for direct and in-depth dialogue, which is useful for sharing professional experiences and providing guidance to students interested in pursuing a career in asset management.
On the other hand, there is the Company Corner, a space dedicated to the presentation of the participating companies. Through their stand, Custodia Wealth Management and ASG will be available to talk about the identity and values that guide their daily activities and the characteristics of the profession, encouraging open discussion with students and visitors to the event.
Participation in the USI Career White Nights reflects Custodia Wealth Management’s desire to strengthen its ties with the local community and actively contribute to the dialogue between university education and the professional world, promoting greater awareness of independent wealth management and the skills required by the sector.
